Stephania’s practice is built upon a singular focus: her clients. She knows that it is the rare individual who wants to hire a lawyer, so she focuses on providing the best experience possible for her clients so that when they need to hire a lawyer, they’ll want to hire her again.

Stephania’s practice covers a range of issues, including general corporate issues (e.g., formation, dissolution) and estate planning (drafting of wills, trusts, etc.).

Stephania earned her J.D. at Whittier College School of Law, where she was awarded a certificate in intellectual property law. Her prior experience includes work for the California Superior Court in Orange County as well as the Orange County Public Defender’s Office.

As a pro bono attorney advocate, Stephania has represented the families of children with special needs in obtaining special education services and represented the families in their negotiations with school districts. She has also assisted undocumented immigrants who have been victims of crimes in the United States and have aided law enforcement in the prosecution of the crime obtain a “U-Visa” under the Victims of Trafficking and Violence Protection Act.

Stephania lives in San Jose with her husband, two very energetic kids, and a “fluffy” Siberian Husky. She loves to travel internationally (Greece, in particular), baking traditional Greek desserts, reading novels, and Star Wars.
