Kimberly Fong
Kimberly Fong leverages her background in law and technology to help startups and small businesses navigate solutions for growth. Before entering the legal industry, Kimberly co-founded an e-commerce business, and she has since worked closely with technology startups and small business clients, advising on equity structures, license and service contracts, and mobile application and digital platform agreements.
Kimberly earned her J.D. from UC Hastings College of the Law and a Master’s of Information Management and Systems from UC Berkeley. Prior to joining Coepio Legal, Kimberly gained experience by running her own firm and representing clients at a boutique litigation firm in Oakland, California.
Kimberly lives in San Francisco with her cattle dog mix, Logan. When she’s not advising clients, Kimberly can regularly be found running trails in the Presidio and Golden Gate Park, training Muay Thai, brewing kombucha, or practicing Bikram yoga.
